Scouting
The GreenField sportnetwork Scouting Team tracks the junior amateur and professional golf scene, assesses the players according to objective criteria (results, development, etc.) and actively initiates contact.

Scoring
If a player is interested in the support and management concept, so-called scoring is carried out immediately.
In order to obtain a meaningful assessment of their potential, players undergo a comprehensive performance and personality check by professional golfers according to an evaluation procedure developed by GreenField.

This selection process has a clearly defined goal: To enable players with a wealth of talent and discipline to reach the top professional tours such as the PGA Tour or the European Tour.
